Shipping fees within Ontario qualify for a flat fee rate of $15 + taxes. Shipping fees outside of Ontario within Canada or the US qualify for a flat fee rate of $25 + taxes. All orders over $75 (before taxes) will be eligible for free shipping.
If you’re not entirely happy with an item, we are able to return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
All returns must be unworn and in the same condition as it was received. Once we have received the item at our warehouse, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
If you are hoping to exchange an item, please email us at info@oneroadapparel.com and include the order number, what you are returning, and the product(s) or size(s) you would like to exchange for. Items for exchange must be unworn and in the same condition as you received them.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns and exchanges. If you are shipping an item over $75, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
